Ways to work together.

Our work is always a collaboration. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move forward from there—together.

Relational Life Therapy (RLT) is the foundation of everything we do.
It’s a bold, honest, and deeply compassionate approach that helps couples make lasting change—fast.

RLT breaks from traditional couples counseling in a few key ways.

  • It’s more direct, and thus moves more quickly towards solutions.
  • It focuses on real-life patterns, not just past pain.
  • We don’t stay neutral when something’s causing harm, we don’t get stuck in the past, and we don’t waste time.
  • From the very first session, we’ll be working toward clarity, connection, and change that lasts.

Want to know how it works?

Let’s explore your options.

Couples Coaching

All relationships move through cycles of harmony, disharmony, and repair—but most couples never truly complete that cycle. Instead, they return to a superficial peace without actually resolving what caused the rupture. Over time, those unresolved moments build up just below the surface, always ready to blow. Disillusionment is a common result.

Individual Coaching

Perhaps you are here because your relationship feels off, but your partner isn’t ready to come. Or you know it’s time to do your own work—partnered or not. Individual coaching helps you strengthen an often overlooked relationship: the one with yourself—while gaining tools that support every relationship in your life.

Relational Bootcamp

If you're ready for a focused, no-fluff experience that can jumpstart meaningful change in your relationships, you'll appreciate this approach. I offer Terry Real’s Essential Relationship Skills Bootcamp—a two-day experience grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Whether you come solo or with a partner, you’ll walk away with practical tools for connection, communication, and repair.

Clarify your goals.

Maybe you’re not clear on what you’re working toward, or maybe it feels like your individual goals are working against each other. Whatever we uncover—less tension, more trust, stronger connection—our aim is simply to name what matters most.

Understand your obstacles.

These barriers to connection—frustration, disconnect, the same fight in different forms—they're not random. They're symptoms of something deeper. Once we better understand the why behind the patterns (on both sides), change becomes possible.

Transform your relationship.

Healthy relationships move through a cycle of harmony, disharmony, and repair. But without skills and training, couples often skip repair and return to a state of false harmony, where hurtful patterns persist. You’ll learn and practice the skills to complete the healthy cycle—drawing closer together as you grow.
