Individual coaching helps you strengthen an often overlooked relationship: the one with yourself—while gaining tools that support every relationship in your life.

  • Others just know that that life feels off—there’s stress, disconnection, or a sense of going through the motions.

All of this is very human. But over time, it can be signal to you that a new approach is needed.

We can’t control everything life throws at us—but we can learn how to respond differently. That shift starts by understanding yourself more deeply and by seeing the patterns that have shaped how you relate.

Individual work helps you move from reactive habits to intentional, mature responses —the kind that make deeper connection possible. Along the way, you’ll learn practical tools for navigating conflict, building trust, and creating relationships that feel more steady, honest, and fulfilling.

What to Expect when we work Together

    In our first session, we’ll get clear on what brings you here and what you want to be different. I’ll ask questions like, “If this were a meaningful success in three months, how would your life or relationships feel different?” Your answers become our focus, our north star. From there, we’ll begin identifying patterns—relational habits, reactions, and inner narratives—that can keep you stuck or disconnected.

    Important note: This isn’t therapy that circles endlessly, and it’s not mindset coaching that skips over the hard stuff. I’ll be honest, empathic, and offer direct, clear guidance. Together, we’ll strengthen your capacity to speak up, set boundaries, navigate hard moments with greater calm, and how return to your wisest self quickly when life gets messy.

    Clients often describe the work as clarifying, empowering, and deeply supportive. It’s not about changing who you are; it’s about helping you live, love, and relate from a place that feels more like you—the wise, mature, caring, and collaborative part of you.

     

    The Practicalities

    • Our sessions are regularly held over Zoom for 60 to 90 minutes.

    • You can expect that I’ll be honest, respectful, and sometimes funny. Relationships are tender and complicated … but they’re also deeply human. Sometimes, laughter is part of the healing..

    • Homework – There will be homework that is customized to you and your situations. It might be a skill to practice, a shift perspective to test, a reflection to consider. When you take new relational actions, the change begins.
